I have had the pleasure of having several amazing treatments with Nurse Stephanie at The Clinic. These include Wow Fusion, filler and Botox. I have to say, Stephanie is such a wonderful clinician who really takes her time in tailoring your needs to the treatments required. She’s so kind, caring and we always end up having a proper giggle! The Clinic itself is super stylish and definitely gives luxurious vibes! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I feel very secure in the hands of Stephanie with her experience and knowledge in the field you know you’re onto a winner.

Joolia is the absolute best in Norwich for Botox and skin treatments, I cannot recommend her highly enough.Joolia is both professional, caring and is very knowledgeable , advising honestly what is best for my skin. I suffered a very bad ACL injury whilst playing sports, I’ve looked up the many ways to help my recovery but the one with the best results seemed to be the hyperbaric chamber. Nonetheless I got in contact with Joolia from The Clinic who’s team were more than helpful in making sure I got the right treatment and the correct steps for recovery. Had my first Neogen treatment. Everything clearly explained to me before hand. The treatment itself (medium intensity) is absolutely manageable in terms of pain. Felt comfortable from start to finish. Aftercare provided and explained clearly again. I have booked again for another go and can’t wait.
